Travel Diaries : Reminiscing Sagada

This by far is the most memorable trip I ever had! :) I just love love love Sagada, the weather, scenery and nonstop adventure! :) Taken April 20, 2007.

We went straight to Sagada from Banaue, jeepney was our ride going there! :>

In the Bontoc Museum

This is the Church of  Saint Mary the Virgin

In Echo Valley,

Last April 21, 2007, I experienced the breathtaking cave experience, which is named, Sumaging Cave

Travel Diaries : Reminiscing Banaue

Banaue, known for its rice terraces which were actually hand built by the aetas during the first century. Truly amazing and one of a kind. In going to the area, we rode a bus. This took place last April 19, 2007. We stayed in Spring Valley inn.

Hiking experience, we went and tried to hike in Batad, which was actually controversial at that time since there was a dead body found in that area 3 days before our trip. But the experience was truly amazing, had never tried walking down the mountain for more than 2 hours!

So, this is the famous, Banaue Rice Terraces

This is the ever famous ride in the Philippines, the Jeepneys. Rode it going to Sagada for more than 4 hours!!!

Travel Diaries : Reminiscing Subic

This happened sometime during 2006. We stayed at Holiday Inn Suite, got it for free actually :) hihihi

Went to ZOOBIC, to see tigers up close! and as well as the other animals! :)

Afterwards, we went to Ocean Park but unfortunately we decided to not enter anymore since it was a bit pricey. Therefore we just took a picture outside the venue! :D hihi. practicality at its finest! Btw, meet my Mom, Dad and Brother! :)

Last but not the least, we went to the Beach. I'm not really a fan of subic's beach, the water was too salty, the sand is rough and not white plus the beach was too rocky!!! Luckily, we were just "kayaking".

Travel Diaries : Reminiscing Boracay

The most visited place in the Philippines for tourists, Boracay. The perfect beach experience, white sand beach baby!! :> This trip was very memorable because this was my first boat ride ever, more than 12 hours in the middle of the sea. This trip happened on June 10, 2006.

Going to boracay, we rode the Negros Navigation ship.

After more than 12 hours, touchdown Boracay!!! :D check out the beautiful view! simply breathtaking!!

After exploring the beautiful boracay beach, we decided to take some time to explore the underwater view of the beach as well.
This was my first snorkeling experience ever!! :D

On our way back to Manila, we rode and tried the Super Ferry Ship.

I can really say, that I enjoyed the beautiful beach of Boracay! Will definitely go back there if given the chance!! :D :)

Travel Diaries : Reminiscing Ilocos trip

I will start off this blog by posting my past travel trips in and outside the Philippines. Touring Ilocos Region is my first ever road trip outside Manila. I was 14 years old at that the time, and my family and I decided to visit this historical place. The photos were taken during the year 2006.

Our first destination was Vigan City, located in this area are old fashion houses

After which, we decided to visit the ever controversial the Marcos' Mansion

Then we proceeded to Fort Ilocandia, a hotel famous in the region

Lastly, we went straight to Pagudpod, which is the most end part of Ilocos Norte, which is famous for having white sand beach. We stayed for a night in a resort in front of the beach.

so what do I look like 6 years before?
Yes, this is me at age 14. Looking all young and innocent, and very much thinner than NOW! :P
